A New Chapter for Hospitality Restaurants

Honoring 35 Years of Legacy While Looking Ahead

Hospitality Restaurants has always been about more than dining. For over three decades, it has been about people, consistency, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Today, the company is proud to announce an expanded ownership group, marking an important milestone in its 35-year history and setting the stage for its future.

The new ownership team includes current leaders Chris Kneeland, PJ Saracusa, Linda Ekey, and Chris Constantino, who currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Collectively, they bring more than 80 years of experience within Hospitality Restaurants — a level of continuity that reflects deep knowledge of the company’s operations, culture, and values.

This transition, which officially took effect on January 1, 2026, represents a thoughtful and intentional evolution. Rather than redefining the brand, the focus is on preserving and strengthening what has already been built.

“For more than three decades, Hospitality Restaurants has built a legacy rooted in service, consistency, and genuine care for both our guests and our people,” the ownership group shared in a joint statement.

That legacy is not taken lightly.

The new ownership group has expressed a deep sense of responsibility to uphold the standards set by founders and longtime leaders George Schindler, Kay Ameen, and Dave Hale. Their leadership established a culture of servant leadership, teamwork, and guest-first thinking that continues to define the organization today.

As part of the transition, Kay Ameen will remain in an executive leadership role through the end of 2026 before moving into a consulting position. This ensures continuity, guidance, and stability during this important period.

But what truly defines Hospitality Restaurants is not just its leadership — it is its people.

Behind every dining experience is a team of individuals who take pride in their work. From managers and servers to bartenders, cooks, hosts, and dishwashers, the company’s success has always been a shared effort.

As the ownership group emphasized, the legacy of Hospitality Restaurants belongs to every person who contributes to the guest experience.

Looking ahead, the focus remains clear: building on a strong foundation while creating long-term opportunity for employees, delivering exceptional experiences for guests, and continuing to serve the communities that have supported the brand for decades.

Hospitality Restaurants currently owns and operates eight acclaimed dining establishments across Northeast Ohio, including Cabin Club, Salmon Dave’s, Blue Point Grille, Delmonico’s Steakhouse, Kingfish Seafood, and three Rosewood Grill locations.

While the chapter may be new, the mission remains the same.

To move forward with pride, passion, purpose, and respect — and to continue setting the standard for hospitality in the region.
