Salmon Dave’s Pacific Grille has been pleasing diners with Guaranteed Seafood since 1993. The menu features a fusion of Pacific Rim cuisine and all-American favorites.  Staples such as the award-winning Lobster Bisque, Sushi-grade Ahi Sashimi or savory Seafood Lo Mein never go out of style.

General Manager, Carolyn Miller, is literally the heart and soul of Salmon Dave’s.  Carolyn started as a server in the late 90’s and has witnessed the transformation of Rocky River’s dining scene first hand.  One thing hasn’t changed through these years is Carolyn’s passion for hospitality and the restaurant’s vibrant energy which she directs.  Salmon Dave’s is still wow-ing the West Side with a Happy Hour voted “Best of the West” by Cleveland Magazine’s readers and a dinner menu that simply never fails to please.

Executive Chef, Mario Brown, is a homegrown success story.  Starting his career at Salmon Dave’s more than 20 years ago as a line cook, he has worked his way up through the ranks with dedication to source only the freshest ingredients and an unwavering passion to please the guest.
