Hospitality for Hope: What a Month

Hospitality has always been about more than what happens around the table.

It’s about bringing people together. Creating connections. Taking care of one another. And, when we have the opportunity, using those connections to make a meaningful difference in the communities we call home.

That’s exactly what Hospitality for Hope was all about.

Throughout the month, our restaurants, team members, guests, partners, and vendors came together to support eight incredible Northeast Ohio charities — raising funds while also creating opportunities to share stories, start conversations, and bring greater awareness to organizations doing important work throughout our region.

And together, we made an incredible impact.

$18,000+ Raised for Eight Northeast Ohio Charities

Throughout Hospitality for Hope, our guests purchased 210 hand-painted wine boxes and nearly 1,200 desserts, helping us donate more than $18,000 across eight local charitable organizations.

But those numbers only tell part of the story.

Every purchase represented something bigger: resources for local families, greater access to programs and services, support for people navigating difficult seasons, and the opportunity for these organizations to continue doing the work that matters so much.

For example, the funds raised for NEOPAT will directly help support five Northeast Ohio military families.

That’s five families whose lives will be impacted because our community chose to show up.

More Than a Fundraising Campaign

While raising more than $18,000 is something we are incredibly proud of, Hospitality for Hope was never just about a dollar amount.

We made more connections than we could count.

We shared stories. We raised awareness. We opened conversations around causes that deserve to be talked about. And we hope that somewhere along the way, someone was encouraged to take a step toward recovery, healing, support, or peace.

That is what Hospitality for Hope is really about.

It’s about using our tables, our restaurants, our people, and our platform to make a difference.

210 Wine Boxes, Each Painted by Hand

One of the most special parts of this year's campaign came from our friends at Camp Cheerful.

Artists from Camp Cheerful generously volunteered their time and talents to hand-paint more than 200 wine boxes sold throughout the campaign.

Each box became a one-of-a-kind piece of art — and each purchase helped raise funds not only for Camp Cheerful, but for the other seven organizations supported through Hospitality for Hope.

Their creativity, generosity, and willingness to be part of this initiative brought an entirely new dimension to the campaign, and we could not be more grateful.

We may never know every person whose life was touched this month.

But we know we reached a lot of them.

And that makes us incredibly proud — not only of our Hospitality Restaurants family, but of the hospitality community and the Northeast Ohio community we're fortunate enough to call home.
