COVID-19 and Your Safety

To the loyal patrons of Hospitality Restaurants,

The safety of our guests and staff is our greatest priority!  Rest assured that we have been diligently educating our staff on sanitation protocol since our company’s inception in 1991.  Developing our people is why we are the only restaurant company to have earned the Plain Dealer’s coveted Top Workplace award six years running.

In relation to the COVID-19 virus, please know that we began revisiting our educational procedures with staff once the outbreak first began internationally.  We implemented an additional level of precautionary protocol as soon as the virus was detected in the US.   We have proactively increased the frequency of disinfecting all surfaces throughout the day.  We have stock-piled necessary sanitation supplies for well over a month.  The safety of our guests and staff has never been more paramount to our efforts to provide you a first-class dining experience.

HR was chosen to represent Cleveland and participated in the American Red Cross’ pilot program for Pandemic Response several months prior to the 2009 Bird Flu outbreak.  The Safety and Wellness Teams we have established in each of our award-winning restaurants have been prepared for these concerns for well over a decade.  Our restaurants continue to meet the absolute highest standards for cleanliness and have done so for nearly 30 years.
