Spring is in the Air
In addition to the new Tuscan menu at Delmonico's, each of our talented chefs has been hard at work crafting new menus to be released this month.
Chef Shawn Cline's Spring offering at Blue Point Grille features a totally revamped Bar Menu - with half price food at Happy Hour. Shawn is featuring the first run of Alaskan Halibut season - it's soooo delicious! Line caught Wild Salmon will be available any day now.
At Cabin Club, Chef Kendra Lovett is hard at work crafting new salad creations for her Spring lunch menu as well as some incredibly mouthwatering new grill features for the after-golf crowd.
At Salmon Dave's, Chef Cesar Echeverria has just introduced a new menu with a number of delicious "Small Bites" like Grilled Shrimp Lolllipops and Peanut Chicken Potstickers. All "Small Bites" are featured at half price during our ever-popular 3pm-7pm Happy Hour & Thursday Late Night Happy Hour which is still running strong from 9pm till close - can't beat it.
